BlueChew order never arrived—solution found?

Placed an order with BlueChew for a monthly supply of their chewable tablets, but the package never showed up even though the status said “dispatched.” It’s been well over two weeks, and I haven’t seen a tracking update or delivery attempt. I used their support form but didn’t get any acknowledgment or ETA. Has anyone else dealt with a missing shipment and actually had it located or refunded? I’m hoping someone can share what finally worked to resolve it.
