HOMES FOR HEALING
When you donate, you help Veterans in our communities and yourself. Your donations are an ideal way to recycle gently-used and unwanted household furniture. Plus, you will receive a receipt for tax purposes.
Many of our Veterans are reestablishing their lives after being homeless and you can help MMIA provide them with furnishings for their success. A home isn't a home when it is empty. The Homes For Healing program allows Veterans to receive furnishings, so that they are living in a real home, not an empty room.
Veterans-in-need will appreciate your gently used items and MMIA accepts both new and used furniture and kitchen items that are in good, re-useable condition. See our list below for acceptable donations.
We do pickups and all donations are subject to approval upon visual inspection by one of our team members. ​
