Uniuni purchase didn’t arrive—anything worked?
Ordered a pair of winter boots from Uniuni, and expected them a couple weeks ago. The tracking link shows “out for delivery” but after that nothing—no notification and no delivery. I used their support form to ask for clarification, but there’s been no confirmation or update anywhere. Has anyone here had this happen and actually gotten their items delivered? I’d love to know what took things forward.

I also attached a screenshot of the tracking pause. Within 24 hours, their representative replied with a note saying the local courier had stalled and a new delivery was scheduled. The package then showed up two days later. Essentially, presenting key info clearly and attaching evidence helped get the ball rolling again.
