Why have grounding sheets become the number one choice for quality sleep?
Has anyone tried sleeping on a grounding sheet? I recently heard about them from a friend who assures me that his sleep has become much deeper and fatigue has disappeared. He says he feels alert and less stressed after two weeks of use. But I find it hard to believe that a bed sheet can have such an effect on the body. Share if it really works or is it just a fashion trend? If anyone has been using them for longer, tell us how it affected you.
